About Christopher Deru

In Christopher Deru’s first 5 years as a full-time real estate consultant in Toronto and the GTA, he has successfully overseen 110+ residential sale and lease transactions + closed over $49m in real estate sales - gaining tons of experience, creating many relationships with other industry colleagues and professionals, and winning awards including KW’s Triple Gold award for total closed sales/lease volume in 2019-2020.

Living and working in the same Toronto areas has enabled Christopher to become a Toronto condo pro with many insights into different areas and buildings’ character, future potential, and present investment/market value. He has lived in various different West-Toronto neighbourhoods over the last 10 years which has given him a deep knowledge of the Toronto market and particularly the west side of the city.

When not servicing clients, Christopher enjoys physical training and sports, spending a lot of his free time running and boxing. He also enjoys reading and reads daily. He has one young daughter and has 3 cats.

Christopher graduated from University of Toronto Scarborough in the spring of 2011 with an Honours Bachelors Degree of Arts.
