In June my landlord (and family friend) decided to sell their condo that I was living in. I met Chris Deru when he was brought in to handle the sale. I found him to be professional, punctual, courteous and constantly went above and beyond during the sale of the condo. As my landlord lives out of town, Chris handled everything from having his electrician to come in and install new pot lights, to putting on a fresh coat of paint, he even had a professional photographer come in that took beautiful photos that made my place look better than I’ve even seen it. Needing to find a new rental unit myself I jumped at Chris’s offer to act as a rental broker for me. I had pretty particular requirements but he was dedicated to find me something I would love. He sent me new listings every morning and was always available to go check out a listing in person.
